Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Nouveau Voyance Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601029485 (1691580-W)) collects and uses personal data through www.nouveauvoyance.com and lumora.nouveauvoyance.com, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Who we are

Nouveau Voyance Sdn. Bhd. is the data controller for personal data collected through these websites. Contact us at [email protected] about anything in this notice.

What we collect

Only what you give us.

From the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

From the Lumora waitlist: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, your business name, the nature of your business and the country you operate in, together with your answers about your current situation, your desired outcome, what you have tried before, the commercial arrangement and budget band that would suit you, and anything else you choose to tell us.

From the newsletter: your email address.

From booking a call: your name, email and scheduling details, collected by Calendly.

From website analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views and country. This uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, hold the consultation you asked for, manage the Lumora waitlist and contact you about the launch, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, understand what businesses need so we build the right product, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Is it obligatory?

No. Everything is voluntary. If you do not give us your contact details we cannot reply to you, book your call, or add you to the waitlist.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our websites and communications: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery), EmailOctopus (email lists), Calendly (bookings) and Microsoft (our email). They process data on our instructions only. Some are located outside Malaysia, so your data may be transferred abroad and is protected by those providers' contractual and security commitments. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and consultation records: up to 3 years from our last contact. Waitlist entries: until Lumora launches and for 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, restrict access to authorised people, and secure our accounts. No system is perfect. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and you, as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, correct anything inaccurate, limit how we use it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link it contains. Email[email protected] and we will respond within 21 days.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above.
